Beauty Consultant at H Beauty

We are looking for a passionate, confident and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our Fragrance Department at Harrods.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within beauty, fragrance, luxury retail or a similar customer-facing environment. You will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience in line with Harrods' luxury standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide knowledgeable, tailored fragrance recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Drive sales through product knowledge, effective selling techniques and outstanding customer service.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of fragrances, brands and new product launches.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment for every customer.
