McCauley Health & Beauty Pharmacy is a unique and highly successful "One Stop Health and Beauty Shop". We are a leading Irish owned pharmacy chain with 35 branches nationwide and 500 colleagues. We are seeking a Beauty Advisor for our Redmond Square branch. This is a full time (40hr) specific purpose contract.

Responsibilities

• Monitor counters and ensure all weekly, monthly, and yearly targets are met.
• Responsible for the smooth and successful running of the cosmetic house.
• Regular cleaning and re organising of front counters.
• Generate customer interest through events, displays, posters, etc.
• Keep up to date on make up trends and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain paperwork, stock date checking and stock takes, including rolling stock takes.
• Order stock and ensure correct stock levels.
• Identify end of line products and sell through.
• Cover other areas of the store when busy.
• Pro active customer service and vigilance.
• Ensure correct pricing.
• Display excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to deal with high volumes of customers.
• Good organisational skills at all times.
• Work on own initiative and be proactive in personal development.
• Ensure in depth product knowledge and alert manager of training gaps or requirements.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and customer confidentiality.
• Flexible - must cover other store areas when required.
