A fantastic opportunity for a Bartender to join Scotland's first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant at The InterContinental Edinburgh The George on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £13.41 per hour - equal to £27,892.80 salary, plus service charge.

This highly exclusive restaurant was born in Monte Carlo in 2005 and is the epitome of creativity and luxury service, offering international and local dishes with a focus on quality ingredients. The Beefbar, created by Riccardo Giraudi, brings a modern take on simple dishes divided into three sections: street food, great meat cuts and iconic dishes. Responsibilities

As a Bartender, your main duties will be to ensure a high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with guests to share your knowledge of beers, wines and spirits, and assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service.

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a high end restaurant, bar or hotel as a bartender or mixologist.
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails, and a passion for creativity and sharing skills.
  • Passion for providing excellent guest service and enjoyment of interacting with guests to deliver a personal experience.
  • A personal licence (highly beneficial).
  • Passion for delivering luxury experiences and a willingness to personalise guest stays and share local wisdom.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team focused on guest experience.
