Salary: £15.80 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Barista Supervisor to join our catering team at NBCUniversal, St Giles, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barista with strong coffee-making skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.

As Barista Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring consistently high standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and customer experience. You will support the day-to-day operation of the coffee service while maintaining excellent quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and speciality beverages
  • Demonstrate advanced barista skills, including latte art
  • Supervise daily coffee bar operations and support team members
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Support stock control, ordering, and waste management processes
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming work environment
  • Assist with training and coaching team members where required
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a barista or coffee-focused supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy corporate hospitality environment
  • Strong organisational and team leadership skills
