Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking a Barista Supervisor to join our catering team at NBCUniversal, St Giles, London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barista with strong coffee-making skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.
As Barista Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring consistently high standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and customer experience. You will support the day-to-day operation of the coffee service while maintaining excellent quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.
What You'll Do- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and speciality beverages
- Demonstrate advanced barista skills, including latte art
- Supervise daily coffee bar operations and support team members
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained
- Support stock control, ordering, and waste management processes
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming work environment
- Assist with training and coaching team members where required
- Previous experience in a barista or coffee-focused supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy corporate hospitality environment
- Strong organisational and team leadership skills
