Barista Maestro (Team Lead) - Inspire, Lead & Craft Coffee

Scoffs Group Ltd is seeking a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) to lead shifts for the UK's Costa Coffee franchise. The role focuses on crafting quality coffee, delivering exceptional service, and guiding a team to meet brand standards.

The position is a 16hrs minimum contract in our customer-facing store, offering training and opportunities to develop leadership and barista skills in a fast-paced environment.
