Barista Maestro & Team Leader - Craft Coffee, Inspire Teams

Scoffs Group Ltd in Crediton is seeking a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) on a 20 hours per week contract. If you love coffee and guiding a team, this role puts you at the heart of creating welcoming stores and delivering great Costa experiences.

You'll lead by example, manage stock, support deliveries, and ensure brand standards even when the Store Manager isn't present. Training is provided, and you'll enjoy free lunch on shift and other perks.
