Night Team Leader - Doncaster Wheatley Rd DT - 24 hours per week - fixed term contract

• £1 4 .75-£1 5 .75 per hour for hours worked between 11 pm-5 am. All other hours worked will be a starting pay rate of £13.75-14.75 (location dependent).

• Train and support new Baristas
• Energise and motivate your team
• Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well

Who you are

• A reliable role model with accountability and maturity
• A strong team player with great communication skills
• Energetic, positive and confident leading others
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure
• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
• Confident working in a small team of two on shift
• 18 years or over due to the element of night working
