Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a Barback to join our Bars team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £25,460.86, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge . Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Responsibilities

As a Barback you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the bars throughout the Hotel. Your role will include preparing mise en place for the bars and opening and closing them, ensuring the Bar team have everything they need to exceed members' needs and expectations whilst on shift. You will clear used dishes and glasses from tables and generally pre empt the bartenders' needs.

Gratuities & Service Charge

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro rate basis regardless of your role.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,000 in addition to their annual salary.
