Bar Team Member (Bowleaze Cove)

Location: Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Weymouth

Contract Type: Seasonal

Hours: Flexible, full-time and part-time hours available (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays) - approximately 10-40 hours per week

Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age

What You'll Do

As a Bar Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our bar operations, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and offering knowledgeable recommendations on beverage options.
• Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving drinks in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across bar areas.
• Ensuring every guest enjoys a positive, five-star experience throughout their visit.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who:

• Have a genuine passion for customer service and hospitality.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are reliable, proactive, and take pride in their work.
• Have previous bar experience (desirable but not essential - full training provided).
