Overview

We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor. To oversee all bar duties, tight control of stock, rota planning, staff training, use own initiative, be a good listener and work well in a team. Must have previous experience of running a busy restaurant bar. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow within our team and really showcase your skills. Must have barista and cocktail experience. MUST BE ON ISLAND and READY TO START WORK.
