Bar Manager

SíSí is a rooftop restaurant and bar in the heart of Glasgow's Merchant City,a place built around boldflavours, creative cocktails, greatmusicand even better energy. We're looking for an ambitious, passionate and commercially minded Bar Manager to take ownership of our bar operation and help us continue to build one of Glasgow's most exciting cocktail programmes. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely loves hospitality. What You'll Do

As Bar Manager,you'llbe responsible forthe day-to-day running and continued development of the bar, working closely with the senior management team to deliveran exceptionalguest experience while driving standards,salesand profitability. You'lllead from the front, inspiring and developing a talented bar team whilemaintainingthehigh standardsexpected from a cocktail-led venue.

You'llbe responsible for:

• Leading,motivatingand developing the bar team
• Owning the day-to-day operation of the bar
• Maintaining consistentlyhigh standardsof cocktail execution,serviceand presentation
• Continuing to develop and evolve our cocktailprogramme
• Working creatively with our drinks offering, from signature cocktails and classics to tequila, mezcal, agave spirits and beyond
• Managing stock, ordering,wastageand GP
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and staying ahead of drinks and cocktail trends
• Ensuring all licensing, health & safety and compliance standards are met
• Managingrotas,trainingand performance
• Creating a positive,inclusiveand high-performing team culture
• Working alongside the wider management team to deliver a seamless restaurant,barand events operation
• Helping to create memorable experiences for our guests, from relaxed daytime drinks to busy late-night service and rooftop events

Who You Are:

We'relooking for someone with proven experience managing a high-volume cocktail bar or premium hospitality venue.

• Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor and leading by example
