Responsibilities

• Have experience working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career.
• Serve as the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, help control the flow, and communicate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
• Work a range of shifts and days, with flexibility required; the hotel is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and is busier during evenings and weekends.
• Engage in nationally recognized apprenticeships that sit alongside detailed brand training, aiming to be the difference between good and great guest experiences.
• Create memories that guests will never forget, with the potential to progress into a Head of Department position within Malmaison; internal development and progression are actively encouraged.
