Banking Customer Care Specialist

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls and chats for Virgin Money/Nationwide, delivering outstanding service.

The role is full-time permanent, 40 hours per week, with training at the client site on Bothwell Street. Start date 11 January 2027. Salary £26,436.80 per annum.
