An established and well-regarded Manchester law firm is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.
The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including lenders, borrowers and corporate clients, on a broad range of banking and finance matters. The caseload will include corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, refinancing transactions, security documentation and general banking work.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance.
- Experience managing banking and finance transactions independently.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and technical skills.
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to client advice.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
