Bank Team Leader

Salary: £15.08 per hour

Working Hours: Bank Contract as/when needed in service

Location: Wylesfield

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with family, friends, healthcare professionals and residents.
• Keep Line Manager up to speed with residents' needs and progress.
• Write up care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Completed or working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

• Full training provided including a leadership programme that supports development and opportunities for progression.
