Job DetailsPosition: Bank Nursery Practitioner (Zero Hours - Flexible Contract)
Pay: £12.71 - £13.24 per hour depending on experience plus accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Zero hour contract - flexibility to work different shifts each week between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: 49 Swan Street, Alvechurch, Birmingham, West Midlands, B48 7RR
About the RoleExperience working in a childcare setting is required for this role. A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential.
What Your Role Involves- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day to day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
