Bank Housekeeper

This is a bank housekeeper role at the Stowford House Care Home, a 53-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility in Shippon, Abingdon. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team of care professionals and make a real impact in the lives of the residents.

Main duties of the job

As a Bank Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the care home. This includes regular cleaning of communal areas, bedrooms, and other facilities to create a safe and comfortable environment for the residents. You will also assist with infection prevention and control measures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. The role is offered on a 0-hour contract to cover annual leave and sickness, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.35.

Person Specification Qualifications
