We are looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join our team in Wylesfield. The role involves supporting residents and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the home.

Main Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, including furnishings, in assigned work areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness with minimal disruption to service users and their care.
• Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Work independently without direct supervision.
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
• Show initiative and sustain a high level of hygiene within the home.

Qualifications / Requirements: You do not need prior experience or formal qualifications; we provide full training and a leadership programme to support development and progression.
