Bank Domestic Assistant at Sycamore Lodge

Bank domestic assistant role at Sycamore Lodge, part of Shaw Healthcare.

This is a bank 0 hour contract, shift times 07:30-15:30. Salary £13.45 per hour.

Main responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness with minimal disruption to residents and their care
• Communicate and engage effectively with service users, families and colleagues - good interpersonal skills required
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated substances
• Work on own initiative and maintain high levels of hygiene within the home

We provide full training and a leadership programme to support development and progression within Shaw. No previous experience or qualifications required.
