Hours: Zero-hour contract, but typically Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 2.30pm.
Responsibilities- To prepare hot meals, salads, sandwiches, potato products and sauces, including assembling food items, baking and preparing cooked items to service standards.
- Comply with food safety, health and safety and COSHH legislation and Trust policies and procedures.
- Manage stock and place orders to ensure correct levels of stock are maintained in line with service instructions, keeping waste to a minimum.
- Cash handling including daily cashing up and balancing of float.
- To follow service instructions ensuring standards are kept high.
- Cleaning to a standard required to maintain a 5 rating.
