Bank Care Team Leader: Elder & Dementia Home

The Martlets in East Preston, West Sussex, England, is hosting Shaw healthcare's Bank Residential Team Leader role. The home provides residential and nursing care for older people and those with dementia, with 80 beds. Bank shifts are 12 hours, with hours as/when needed.

Salary is £15.36-£16.00 per hour on a bank (zero hours) contract. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) and experience with older adults are preferred.
