Bank Care Team Leader - Lead and Support Residents

Shaw Healthcare is recruiting a Bank Residential Team Leader for Victoria House, Rushden. This role covers bank hours on a0hr contract as/when required, including occasional weekends, to sustain high standards of person-centred care.

You will lead a care team, supervise shifts, and ensure accurate medication records, care plans and timely reporting of changes in residents' needs to the Line Manager. Collaboration with families and colleagues is essential.
