As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate support that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing for our residents.
You'll work closely with colleagues, residents and families to ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their personal preferences and needs.
No two days are the same, and every shift offers the opportunity to make someone's day a little brighter.
What You'll Be Doing Delivering Outstanding Care- Supporting residents with personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Assisting residents with eating, drinking and maintaining their wellbeing.
- Promoting independence wherever possible while providing appropriate support.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Assisting with light housekeeping duties.
- Helping maintain clean, safe and welcoming living spaces.
- Supporting residents to feel comfortable and at home.
- Building positive relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues.
- Working collaboratively with the wider care team.
- Maintaining accurate records and respecting confidentiality at all times.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive care environment.

Essential Requirements- Previous experience within a residential care, dementia care or elderly care setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting older people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and dignity in care.
- Reliable, flexible and professional approach to work.
- Experience supporting people living with dementia.
- A positive, person-centred approach to care.
- The ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
- A desire to make a genuine difference every day.
