We are looking for Bank Assistant Chefs to support our catering teams across Telford, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Wombourne, Cannock, Whitchurch, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stafford.

The catering teams deliver a range of breakfast and lunch options 7 days a week, 365 days a year, between the hours of 7 am to 3 pm.

- Ensuring all health and safety legislation is adhered to and the kitchen and café have high standards of cleanliness.
- Assisting the Chef Manager in effectively managing the catering service.
- Supporting the Chef Manager in providing a varied menu that supports the dietary requirements of our residents.
- Having a friendly approach towards visitors and residents.
- Monitoring the kitchen area to ensure sanitation standards are maintained.
- You have the ability to create great food that is well presented, full of flavour, balanced and nutritional.
- You have experience ordering supplies and carrying out stock takes.
- You embrace processes and procedures while adding creativity.
- You are open to new ideas and think outside the box.
