NHFT Staff Bank provides temporary admin & clerical staff for different roles throughout Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Roles available are varied in terms of hours and base and can be short or long term with different lengths of working weeks.

NHFT Staff Bank is an essential part of the Trust that supplies temporary staffing of all kinds, clinical and non-clinical. As a member of the Staff Bank Team you will make an important difference to our patients' care every day.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking individuals who have extensive customer service skills and who can deal with our service users and Trust managers to offer the best possible service. You will be required to carry out a full range of office and administration duties from filing, minute taking, report writing and routine paperwork to support staff with small work based projects and generally maintaining an efficient office environment. Previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.

You will need to be organised and efficient and have excellent skills in using Microsoft Office programs including outlook, Word and Excel. Candidates must be willing to learn new IT Systems as required and have good accurate typing skills.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Good level of education - including GCSE English and Mathematics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
