Job Title: Locum Clinical Ward Pharmacist
Banding: 6/7/8a
Location: London
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months
Rate: £25 - £43 per hour
Working hours: Monday & Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Locum Clinical Ward Pharmacist to join our team in London. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in a clinical ward setting. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to in-patients
- Conducting medication reviews
- Ensuring accurate dispensing of medications
- Providing expert advice on drug therapy
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Managing and utilizing the ePMA system Oracle (Cerner Millennium) for efficient medication management
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 year post-registration in-patient clinical ward experience
- Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in pharmacotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Desirable: Experience with the ePMA system Oracle (Cerner Millennium)
