- Collaborate with lead pharmacists to maintain evidence-based treatment guidelines and contribute to Pharmacy and Trust policies.
- Ensure that practice changes meet required standards across the Trust, working closely with pharmacy area leads.
- Step in for the rotation leads when necessary, ensuring seamless operation.
- Monitor and improve services in your rotational area, coordinating with area pharmacy leads for continuous enhancement.
- HCPC registration is required.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel as needed (car driver mentioned in original).
- Experience at band 7 level or equivalent clinical pharmacology expertise preferred.
