What you will do:
- Carry out accurate medication reconciliation for adult inpatients, ensuring patient safety.
- Work directly on wards, engaging with patients and clinical teams.
- Support dispensary services, including potential ACT (Accuracy Checking Technician) responsibilities.
- Assist with safe and efficient medication dispensing in line with regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and wider teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Qualified Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years' experience in medication reconciliation.
- HCPC registration is essential.
- A driving licence is desirable for working across multiple sites.
