Bakery Training & Learning Specialist

Bayne's the Family Bakers seeks a Bakery Training Specialist to design onboarding and role-specific training across our Bakery departments, embedding a consistent learning approach. You will work with Managers and SMEs to deliver practical training and develop materials, assessments and digital content.

The role focuses on coordinating onboarding, compliance and refresher training, with opportunities to grow the L&D function and influence learning culture within the Bakery operation.
