Bakery Production Specialist - Fresh, Handmade Cakes

Heritage Portfolio is looking for a talented Baker to join our Central Production Kitchen in Leith, Edinburgh. Training will be provided across all production areas as we bake 5,000-7,000 pieces weekly for our retail venues in Edinburgh and Dundee.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, be organised and able to multitask in a busy bakery environment, and hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. We emphasise quality and food safety in all we do.
