Bakery Assistant Manager - Free Lunch & Service Leader

Stephens Bakery is seeking an Assistant Manager for a 30-hour contract in Dunfermline. You will lead the shop team on shift, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure high-quality products and a welcoming, safe environment.

You'll handle rota planning, daily checks, cash handling, and stock management while supporting team development and maintaining company standards. Weekday and weekend availability is required; part-time education not suited.
