Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our close knit team in Cambridge, United Kingdom and work alongside the Head Baker. The role focuses on artisan baking, including slow fermented bread and sourdough production.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce consistent, high quality baked goods.
• Scale, mix and shape dough by hand.
• Assist with stocktaking.
• Support the development and testing of new products.
• Maintain allergen labelling, food hygiene and health and safety records.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least two years of relevant bakery experience.
• Practical experience scaling, mixing and shaping dough by hand.
• Experience producing slow fermented bread and sourdough.
• Good command of English.
