Afterschool Club Baker - Part-Time (3 Days per Week)
Location: St Ives, Royston & CambridgeHours: 2pm - 6pm (3 days per week)Pay: £18 - £20 per hourContract: Ongoing, part-timeDriving required
REED is excited to be working in partnership with a creative and nurturing Afterschool Club that teaches primary-aged children the joy of baking! We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Baker to support the delivery of fun, hands-on baking sessions across three primary schools in Cambridgeshire.
About the Role
As the club's Baker, you will:
- Lead small, engaging baking workshops for children aged 4-11
- Help inspire creativity, confidence, and independence through food
- Set up and clear down sessions
- Travel between schools in St Ives, Royston, and Cambridge (mileage can be discussed)
- Create a warm, encouraging and enjoyable learning environment
What We're Looking For
You do not need formal baking qualifications - just a genuine interest in baking and a passion for working with children.The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident, patient, and great with young learners
- Organised, positive, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to drive and travel between school sites
