Backroom Operations Specialist - Early Morning Shift

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and the backstage processes that keep our stores running smoothly. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with early starts to ensure stock availability for customers.

You will handle stock, coordinate deliveries and work across the store to maintain a full, clean shop floor while using digital tools to track movement and availability. An unsocial premium applies for hours between 22:00-06:00.
