Join a fast-paced team building the core algorithms that help sustainable biotech companies scale from lab to production. You will develop complex Python-based models to virtually test billions of bioprocesses, reducing R&D timelines and costs for alternative proteins. This is a high-impact, autonomous role at the intersection of software engineering and biochemical innovation.

What you will do:

• Design and implement core backend algorithms and bioprocess models using Python on Google Cloud Platform.

• Collaborate closely with bioprocess engineers to translate complex physical dynamics into performant, scalable software services.

• Take full ownership of the feature lifecycle, from initial architectural design through to testing and cloud deployment.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade APIs and backend services in Python within cloud environments.

• Proven ability to manage complex analytical systems and a genuine interest in learning biochemical process modeling.

• Proactive, independent worker who thrives in early-stage environments and enjoys solving multi-disciplinary technical challenges.
