Back-office / Energy Data Specialist

We are looking for a: Back-office Specialist / Energy Data. Your role You will be responsible for ensuring the operation and evolution of our supervision tools (SCADA) and energy data management (EDM). Within the Service & Transport department, you will be at the heart of the mission to ensure a safe and daily supply, which will be highlighted by several key missions: - Supervise and manage the data exchange systems related to flows and the monitoring of our clients.- Verify and validate the relevance of the collected data and carry out analyses and reports on behalf of the department.- Participate in the evolution of our business tools specific to our field of activity, SCADA, EDM, and advanced data handling.- Contribute to various essential tasks for our clients and partners.- Coordinate actions to be undertaken with our internal and external stakeholders (colleagues, clients, and partners) for a targeted purpose. What we are looking for (and why): - Confirmed experience in a technical field (industrial environment) and a degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in one of the above-mentioned areas, with a desire to learn and update your skills. - Mastery of tools (Microsoft Office) and business tools (EDM, advanced programming languages) to monitor data processing and contribute to the evolution of our processes.- Good oral knowledge of English or German to respond to calls and inquiries.- Excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of figures to verify the relevance of data and correct it if necessary.- Ease and tact in order to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners.- A driving license, since our site is located in an industrial area of Aigle, which is poorly served by public transport.
