You can see us as a management consultancy based on LLM technology, with a key difference that we believe that the e mployees already know the solutions and we bring out the employee's knowledge to all their colleagues and management. We do this by bringing the best of online surveys and the ability to do in-depth interviews like human consultants on a variety of organizational topics.

What You'll Do and Qualifications:

• Backend Development with Django: Build and maintain the platform's back-end using Django, ensuring seamless data handling for optimal performance. Help shape the architecture of our algorithm models.
• Platform Performance, Accuracy, and Scalability: Work with large, diverse datasets from real-world organizations to optimize the platform's overall performance, ensuring precise, scalable, and actionable data-driven insights.
• LLM and NLP Algorithm Development: Work with our team to design, refine, and scale our LLM and NLP algorithms, that transform how organizations understand and solve their internal challenges.
• Customer Feedback & Product Development: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback. Test your solutions in real environments, and use insights to guide product development and team.
• Nice to have - Frontend Engineering with React: Collaborate on our React.js front-end to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience for end-users.
