Baby Room Leader: Inspire 0-2s & Lead a Team

Shooting Stars Nurseries in Stourbridge is seeking a dedicated Baby Room Leader to head the baby room on a maternity cover contract. You will lead a small team, ensure outstanding care and development for babies aged 0-2, and work in line with EYFS standards.

The role requires a Full Level 3 Early Years qualification and prior nursery leadership experience. It is a full-time, 40-hour week post starting mid September 2026, with potential progression to a permanent Nursery Practitioner position.
