B2B Order & Customer Service Specialist (Hybrid)

Uxbridge Employment is recruiting a Customer Service Executive in the Staines area for a permanent, hybrid role. You will manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery and provide proactive updates to customers.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in customer service in a B2B setting, strong English communication, and good Microsoft Office skills. You will work with sales, planning, logistics, and finance to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
