AWS DevOps Engineer and Lead Developer (m/f/d) - remote

For a customer project, we are looking for a/-n AWS DevOps Engineer and Lead Developer (m/f/d) - remote

Tasks:

• Java software development in an AWS environment

• Creation and presentation of OO design concepts

• Compliance with and coordination of security requirements

• Compliance with and coordination of data protection requirements

• Ensuring the operability of the customer's infrastructure

• Detailed coordination with infrastructure and platform contacts

• Ensuring operability or clarifying configuration specifications

• Creation of system documentation

• Creation of the operations manual

• Delivery of product increments

• Evaluation of story points for product backlog items that have been added, changed, or detailed compared to the commissioned scope, in order to establish a basis for the change management process within the scope of commissioning

• Maintenance of daily sprint backlogs and ensuring visibility of progress for the implementation team within a sprint

Requirements:

• Many years of experience as a developer in the AWS environment

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer and Lead Developer (Architect)

• Experience as a Java Developer (Agile) for larger customers

• AWS Certified Developer

Project Language: English (fluent), German would be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Start: 01.10.2025
Duration: 12 months
Workload: 5 days per week

Location: Remote, possibly 2-3 days per quarter in the greater Stuttgart area
