AWS Data Engineer

AWS Data Engineer:

My client is a global ecommerce firm, and they are looking for a Data Engineer to join their current team. You will be joining a global team of 10 and this is a fully remote role. There is also an opportunity for international travel to meet the team which is fully covered by the company. This is a 9-month contract role with possibility of extension. They are currently moving from Redshift.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Data Engineering role.
• Proven experience in SQL, Spark, Pyspark etc.
• Proven experience in AWS.
• Experience with Big Data Concepts such as: Hive, Spark etc.

What will make you stand out:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with multiple AWS technologies.
• Experience with other programming languages such as: Python, Java, C++ etc.
