AVP, Transaction Management

The AVP, Transaction Management role at GIC is a contract position based in London. This position involves supporting the closing of private equity deals and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. What You'll Do

• Support the deal closing processes and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Work closely with the Transaction Management team to improve and automate processes.
• Be the go-to person for questions about processes and policies.
• Coordinate with external parties like legal counsels and custodians.
• Help manage KYC documentation and funding processes.
• Keep track of deal closing tasks and documentation.

What You Need

• Familiarity with the investment sector and private equity.
• Knowledge of private transaction documentation and company secretarial practices.
• Experience with private credit settlements is a plus.
• Understanding of the commercial and regulatory environment for private transactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deals simultaneously.
