A leader in aviation recruitment is seeking a dynamic Airport Recruitment Consultant to join their team at Gatwick Airport. Based in Crawley, the ideal candidate will manage candidate sourcing, onboarding, and provide ongoing support to workers in airport operations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is a passion for customer service. Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory. This role offers a salary of £28,000 per annum plus commission and is office-based from Monday to Friday.
