Aviation QHSE Manager

Location: Maastricht, NE

About the Opportunity:

Take charge as our client's QHSE Manager, reporting directly to the CEO and leading a dedicated team in Europe. Work with a top aerospace company-accredited under AS/EN9100, ISO9001, and ISO14001 and a Tier 1 supplier for Airbus-to set and drive safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QHSE team to meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with aviation standards and regulations.
• Develop safety protocols, perform risk assessments, and promote accident prevention.
• Oversee QA processes, conduct audits, and coordinate with external reviewers.
• Champion sustainable practices and maintain ISO 14001 systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and manage risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Aviation/Safety Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent certification).
• Proven experience in ESG and aviation compliance.
• Preferred certifications: CAM, CSP, or ARAP.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (including Part 145) and safety protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and database management.
