Autonomous Prescribing Clinician - Urgent Care (OOH)

HealthHero Integrated Urgent Care seeks prescribing clinicians to support out-of-hours services across Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire. Roles include centre-based, mobile home visits, and triage from Chippenham Head Office with remote senior clinician support.

You will assess, diagnose, treat and discharge/referral for both adults and paediatrics, with autonomy and robust clinical reasoning in a high-demand environment.
