Autonomous Payroll Specialist - Flexible Part-Time

Element Recruitment Ltd is assisting a Herefordshire-based business with a stand-alone payroll role for a Payroll Officer. The position is part-time, offering autonomy within a busy finance team and handling end-to-end weekly payroll.

You will manage payroll records, timesheets, starters and leavers, ensuring HMRC and pension compliance while supporting pension administration and payroll reporting. Flexible 4 or 5 day weeks are available and a friendly team environment.
