Autonomous Contract Manager: Lead Construction Projects

Hunter Savage is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the full lifecycle of contracts on Belfast and Northern Ireland construction projects. The role offers autonomy, ownership of drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance across live projects.

You will oversee contract close-out, safeguarding commercial interests and coordinating with clients, QS, PMs, and senior stakeholders while ensuring JCT/NEC compliance and site safety. Based in Belfast.
