Job Description

Block Recruit is seeking a hands on Block Manager to manage a dedicated residential portfolio. The role demands autonomy, client focus and a proactive approach to estates and block management.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in residential block management, holds MTPI/MRICS/AssocRICS or ATPI qualification, and is comfortable working in a hybrid setup with travel across sites as needed.
