Automotive Technical Training Leader - Hybrid Academy

Scania GB is expanding its brand-new Milton Keynes academy and seeking an experienced Technical Training Instructor. You will deliver industry recognised training and bespoke courses, both in-person and blended, to develop colleagues across the Scania UK network.

You will lead engaging sessions, maintain safety standards, and stay current with automotive technologies to continuously enhance the curriculum. This role is hybrid with a strong focus on developing others.
