What is in it for you:
  • Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 basic salary + rewarding performance bonuses yielding a realistic £36,000 - £40,000 OTE.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturdays on a 1 in 2 rotation, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

What you will be doing:
  • Customer Management: Overseeing service bookings, incoming inquiries, and managing daily workshop scheduling to maximize department efficiency.
  • Consultations: Conducting professional front of house check ins and consultative vehicle reviews with premium guests upon arrival.
  • Internal Liaison: Working closely with our workshop technicians to track vehicle progress and ensure a smooth daily workflow.
  • Clear Communication: Translating technical diagnostics and recommended repair work into transparent, easy to understand explanations and invoices for clients.

Requirements: A proven track record working as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or a busy motor trade environment is required. You must present a smart, polished appearance suitable for a luxury showroom, possess a positive mindset, and hold a full, clean UK driving licence.
